Standard 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days from the date of carrier delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Holiday Extension Policy

Purchases made during the holiday season between Black Friday and Christmas Day qualify for an extended return window. These seasonal items may be returned within 60 days of the original delivery date.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimbursement for return shipping costs unless an item is proven defective or damaged upon arrival. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and physically inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your statement.
